The Suite with its own entrance, lobby, bar and cloakrooms is located on the ground floor with air conditioning. The room can be split into smaller rooms to cater for all sizes of gatherings, from exhibitions, interviews, training courses and conferences for up to 160 delegates. Are there parking facilities?
Yes, paid NCP car parking is available on-site. This can be included complimentary in Day Delegate Packages.
Can we plan a video conference or a digital meeting?
We currently do not offer video conferencing or digital meeting facilities.
What equipment is available in the conference room?
LCD projector and screen, flipchart, pen, pad, and office materials can be hired at an additional cost.
Are the conference rooms wheelchair friendly?
All our conference rooms are wheelchair accessible.
How many people can be seated in your biggest meeting room?
The maximum capacity will depend on the room layout required.
Do all meeting rooms have windows?
Yes. Meeting rooms have plenty of natural light from windows.
Do your conference rooms have designated separate entrance and exit points?
The Suite has its own entrance, lobby, bar and cloakrooms.
Where will our refreshments be served?
Refreshments can be served within the conference room itself or in our lobby to the meeting rooms. Alternatively, lunch may be served in our restaurant subject to availability.
Is there internet access?
We offer complimentary wi-fi throughout the hotel, conference rooms and public areas. Please ask if you need any assistance and we will be happy to help.
Can we book a hotel room for a meeting?
You can book with us directly as we offer discounted rates for delegates. We can also reserve a certain number of rooms so the delegates can call in and book if they want a hotel room.
Can lunch be provided for our delegates?
We can provide lunch for delegates. We have a range of packages available – the most popular being a hot buffet lunch.
What food options are available in your restaurant?
We serve breakfast, dinner, starters, afternoon tea and desserts. We have a vast range of hot drinks, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages at our Liquid Bar to suit every taste.
Should I need to inform you about food allergies?
We request you to notify us about common allergies such as gluten and lactose or if someone wants a vegan or vegetarian alternative no later than 7 days before arrival. We need to know about complicated allergies and/or any special diets no later than 1 week before arrival. Please contact us if you have any questions about such requests.
At the latest, when can you change the number of delegates?
You can contact us if there is a change in the number of delegates. We will make the change subject to the terms agreed between us.
What cancellation policies apply for conferences, meetings and events?
