Mandy comes with a wealth of knowledge and has over 30 years of hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. Her experience includes management of fine dining, award-winning restaurants, 4-star, 5-star properties and boutique hotels. She is currently heading operations of several AG Hotels Group properties as a Cluster General Manager within Yorkshire and the Northeast.
Mandy is enthusiastic about customer service and strives to generate outstanding guest experiences by inspiring her team and creating future leaders. Previously, she has worked with some leading hospitality brands including Best Western, IHG and Accor.
In her free time, Mandy relaxes by making happy memories to treasure with family and enjoys walking and reading to develop herself personally and professionally.
