Lee has over 23 years of experience in the hospitality industry and his career spans various positions including multi-site manager, hotel director and regional operations manager among others. His passion and expertise are aimed at the hospitality and food and beverage sectors ranging from gastro pubs and hotels to sports venues.
He takes pleasure in being involved with the development and career progression of others helping the hospitality sector create outstanding people. As the Associate Director of F&B, he oversees and develops the AG Hotels Group’s food & beverage operations across the UK.
During his spare time, Lee enjoys seeking out new restaurants and street food concepts. He actively works with two charities.
