Emma is a result-driven and ambitious professional with over 28 years of experience managing several successful businesses within retail and hospitality. She has worked for a number of brands like Premier inn, New Look and Costa Coffee. She is currently heading the operations of Comfort Inn Sunderland as General Manager.
She always thrives on learning the business inside and out to deliver exceptional results for both the customers and the company. She is resourceful and proactive and has built a solid team whose aim is to provide a friendly, warm, and welcoming environment for our guests.
In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family and take her pug Minnie for walks down the beach.
