Nishkarsh began his hospitality career in 2017 after graduating from IHM Gurdaspur, starting out at the Taj Krishna before moving on to Trident Hyderabad and The Leela Palace Bangalore. In 2022, he joined AG Hotels and relocated to the UK, where he now leads the team at The Crown London.
With a background in rooms division and front-of-house operations, Nishkarsh combines a love of numbers and data with a passion for people. He believes every guest deserves a spotless room, a friendly welcome, and true value for money – and he makes sure his team delivers exactly that.
Outside of work, Nishkarsh enjoys discovering new places and finding inspiration in different cultures, something he brings into his role every day.
