Her career began at the 4-star Kimberly Hotel in Harrogate as a Kitchen Porter before progressing to Housekeeper at Leeds Novotel and Receptionist at Ibis Preston.
She then spent 11 successful years with IHG’s Holiday Inn Express, including seven years as a Manager, where she developed her leadership and operational skills. Since joining AG Hotels Group, Monika has continued to uphold her commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading her team with excellence.
Monika holds NVQs in Customer Service, Team Leading, and Supervision and Leadership, reflecting her strong focus on professional development. Her passion for hospitality and wealth of experience make her an integral part of the AG Hotels Group team.
