The Suite
The Suite, located on the ground floor with its own private entrance, lobby and events bar, provides the backdrop for very memorable occasions. This adaptable area can easily be separated into 2 smaller rooms, Suite 1 and Suite 3, to suit meetings of all sizes. It features modern amenities, air conditioning, and adjustable heating. The Suite can accommodate up to 160 people for small-scale exhibitions, interviews, training sessions, conferences, social gatherings, and business parties.
Our meeting venue in Derby is located on London Road (A6), and it is convenient for the motorway networks. It is well situated for your delegates because Derby Train Station and Derby City Centre are only a 5-minute walk away.
Suite 3
Suite 3 is a meeting space with a personal atmosphere and natural light for more intimate gatherings. This meeting room is ideal for small gatherings, training sessions, and conferences for up to 40 people. If you need a syndicate room for your conference, you can use this room in conjunction with Suite 1 to create two independent but connected areas while preserving the venue’s exclusivity.

The XS Restaurant offers a welcoming and comfortable dining environment. We offer conference lunches featuring a selection of hot food from different cuisines, including British, Italian, and Indian food. Additionally, the restaurant offers sit-down dinners, hot buffets, and cold finger buffets—a form of catering for all events—to accommodate special occasions and celebrations. Try our recently introduced Indian afternoon tea buffet for your special event if you are seeking something different.
XS Restaurant
Liquid Bar
Liquid Bar has a flexible setting. During the day, it can be converted from a lounge area to a small, semi-private meeting room for conferences with up to 20 delegates. In the evening, it can be used as a lively bar and lounge with a fun atmosphere. Order from our XS Restaurant menu and enjoy your meal in our bar for more laid-back vibes.
