Lauren began her career in food and beverage, building over a decade of experience before moving into reception management. She joined The Stuart six years ago and has since progressed from F&B to Duty Manager and now Operations Manager. Known for her positivity and hands-on approach, Lauren is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and leading her team with warmth and enthusiasm.
Outside of work, she enjoys family life with her partner, their two young daughters, and the family dogs – often travelling together and making the most of time away.
