We are looking for a General Hotel Assistant who will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel and provide support to the Operations Manager. The job will involve general hotel duties across multiple departments.

Reports to: Operations Manager
- General reception duties and administration
- Handling of guests’ enquiries and complaints in an effective manner
- Reporting accidents and emergencies to the senior team
- Ensure all health and safety compliance are in place
- General housekeeping duties
- General everyday tasks for the smooth running of the hotel
- Any other reasonable task as assigned by the line manager
- Should have a prior similar experience
- Should be motivated and have a strong work ethic
- Experience of the restaurant will be an added advantage
- The candidate should have a high level of IT proficiency
- Passion for the Hotel industry
- Flexible attitude
