We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to join our central team in India and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources and Admin department. This is a Work From Home role but you may be required to work at our Delhi office or travel to the UK if required.

We are a growing hotel management company backed by major institutional investors. We have a portfolio of 9 hotels in the UK and are rapidly increasing our national footprint.
Position Title: HR & Admin Executive
Reports To: Senior Associate – HR
Key Responsibilities
- Processing employee data and updating personnel records
- Assisting in the hiring process – creating job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and contacting candidates as needed
- Issuing offer letters, employment contracts and position agreements
- Assisting payroll department by providing relevant employee information
- Oversee all administrative work assigned by the Line Manager/ Senior Management
- Attending meetings and working with other departments
- Address all general enquiries and provide admin support to the Director
Prerequisites
- Should have a prior similar experience
- Possess great organisational skills and the ability to function in a multi-cultural environment
- Should be willing to multitask
- The candidate should have a basic knowledge of employment and labour laws
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Flexible, resourceful, and proactive
