Cluster Sales Manager – North UK

We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across our multiple properties in and around the Manchester area. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and spearheading sales strategies across our multiple properties in the North UK region.

AG Hotels Group is a fast-growing hotel investment and management company backed by major institutional investors. We have acquired 13+ hotels in last 30 months and are rapidly increasing our national footprint, looking at scaling our portfolio in very near future.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: North UK | Around Manchester Area

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and Group sales & marketing plan
  • Proactively generate new leads/clientele to generate new business in line with monthly targets
  • Lead and mentor sales teams across different properties to achieve revenue targets
  • Proactively manage and build relationships with key clients to protect and increase existing client revenue sales
  • Analyze market trends and adapting strategies to maximise revenue streams
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure cohesive operations and objectives alignment
  • Be responsible for the achievement of the hotel Local Corporates and MICE budget
  • Assist with the compilation of Sales budget, Sales activity plan and complete monthly activities outlined in the plan
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and Hotel General Managers to implement local sales initiatives

Prerequisites

  • Proven experience in hotel sales management within a multi-property environment
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and networking abilities
  • Used to working to targets
  • Sound knowledge of revenue management and hospitality industry trends.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems (HubSpot experience will be an added advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
