We are hiring a Financial Analyst for the London location. The candidate should have a hunger for success and should be willing to go that extra step to help the management in achieving the company’s goals. This is a hands-on role, where you will be responsible for investment management, cash flow analysis and screening the investment opportunities. You will be working closely with the Managing Director and may be required to travel frequently.

Position Title: Financial Analyst
Reports to: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and assist with underwriting and structuring transactions
  • Assist with preparation of pitch documentation, financial analysis and company valuations
  • Prepare and maintain cash flows, budgets, and forecasts for new and existing projects
  • Market research and analysis on current and future development sites and acquisition opportunities in mixed-use property development
  • Generate and write reports on the feasibility of current projects for executive management and external partners
  • Attend client meetings with senior bankers and stakeholders
  • Post-transaction management of investments

Pre-requisites

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with either an International property consultancy (IPC), Bank, Corporate Finance or PE Fund.
  • Outstanding modelling skills and financial analysis (essential)
  • Good time management skills and eye for detail
  • Keen interest in the real estate sector
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education:

  • A Master’s degree in real estate is preferred
  • Must have undertaken continuous professional development courses
  • Must have a driving licence
