We are looking for people to join us as F&B Host/Hostess at our 4-star hotels in London and Manchester as well as our new pub in Knutsford. You should have good knowledge or experience in the hospitality industry along with good communication skills. The candidates should be guest-focused whilst having a positive and problem-solving attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- Host lunch, dinner and evening socials, making sure guests are greeted with a warm smile
- Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
- Set up all front of House food areas prior to service periods, ensuring all areas are clean, presentable and accessible to the guests
- Serve food to the customers ensuring a fast and courteous guest service
- Ensure all health and hygiene standards are followed
- Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
- Ensure any anticipated issues are communicated promptly to the Manager/Head Chef
- Collect feedback from the guest and report any complaints or issues
