We are hiring a Cluster Revenue Manager who will be based out of our London office with travel required across the UK. Your focus will be on driving revenue as well as scrutinising the business strategically and making improvements.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop a pricing plan to set the direction for monthly pricing, promotions, inventory optimisation and explore new revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure hotel distribution is yielding maximum revenues.
  • Anticipate the future performance of hotel’s key metrics – occupancy, ADR and RevPar.
  • Implementation of new tools, systems, innovations, and processes across the group.
  • Work cross departmental to influence sales and pricing strategies that are based on sound commercial judgement.
  • Evaluate and revise business processes and systems to improve hotel market share and ensure revenue maximisation.
  • Participation in commercial business reviews, budget preparations and completion of the commercial plan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, marketing, finance) to drive business growth.
  • Create and provide daily pick-up reports and monthly revenue reports for senior management.
  • Create, develop and train a team of junior revenue managers.


  • Prior experience with reputed brands in revenue management field
  • Proven track record of implementing revenue maximising strategies
  • A clear understanding of the hotel industry is necessary
  • Strong knowledge of PMS, RMS, channel managers and MS Office
  • Being able to travel across the UK and communicate confidently
  • Detail oriented with a strong commercial acumen
  • The successful candidate must have full unrestricted rights to live and work in the UK
