Reports To: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that bedrooms and common areas are prepared for guests in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Ensuring any maintenance issues are promptly reported and resolved with the help of the maintenance team
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
- Leading yourself, your team, and engaging in continuous professional development
- Any other reasonable work as assigned by the Operations Manager
Prerequisites
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper
- You need to be a multi-tasker and be able to handle pressure well
- You must have an attention to detail with a proactive approach
- Being able to work well unsupervised and as a team player
- Customer-oriented and friendly
