Front of House/Receptionist

Reports To: Operations Manager 

Key Responsibilities 

  • General reception duties and administration 
  • Deal efficiently with enquiries from guests in person and on the telephone
  • Deal efficiently with reservation enquiries from guests in person and on the telephone
  • Reporting accidents and emergencies to the senior team
  • Helping and supporting other departments
  • To attend and give hand over at the end and start of your shift 
  • Any other reasonable work as assigned by the line manager


  • Should have a background in Front Office Hospitality 
  • Should be willing to multitask 
  • Passion for the hotel industry 
  • The candidate should have a high level of IT proficiency 
  • He/ she must have an attention to detail with a proactive approach 
  • Should have a flexible attitude
