Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that Bedrooms and common areas are prepared for guests in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Ensure any maintenance issues are promptly reported and resolved with the help of the maintenance team
- Monitor cleaning supplies and order more as needed
- Assist the guests with check-ins, and reservation matters
- Lead your team, and engage in continuous professional development
- Any other reasonable work as assigned by the management
Prerequisites
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Prioritisation and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of PMS and other hotel systems will be an added advantage
