The program covers a list of benefits for mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing including complementary therapies and 24/7 counselling for mental health as well as financial and legal issues. Digital technology plays a crucial role in this program wherein employees get access to 24/7 video and voice call GP services through the app. They can also access the support material including the articles and guides to help them live a happier and healthier life.
