The Kilton Inn is a cherished dining destination, attracting couples, families, and guests seeking a warm, inviting atmosphere. With candlelit tables, cosy fireplaces, and a rich history dating back to the 16th century, it’s the perfect place to unwind.
Named after the famed horse Kilton, who triumphed in the prestigious Knutsford Gold Cup in 1796, the pub sits prominently along the A50, just over 20 miles south of Manchester and 9 miles north of Macclesfield. As a beloved spot within Cheshire’s Golden Triangle, The Kilton Inn is a favourite for both locals and visitors alike.
The pub is family-friendly, offering a kids’ corner with a variety of indoor and outdoor games to keep the little ones entertained. We also cater to motorhome guests, providing a convenient place to park overnight. In return, we offer a voucher for use at the pub, making your stay even more enjoyable.

Good nights sleep
“We stayed in a room that had recently been renovated. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was modern and clean. For a Saturday night it was an undisturbed night sleep.
The bar area had a relaxed vibe, bright windows and rustic decor. Dorota was very welcoming and engaging, an asset to the hotel. Convenient location.
