Location: Wilmslow, Manchester | Pinewood Hotel
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare breakfast items as directed by the Head Chef, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Refill the buffet station during breakfast service, maintaining presentation and freshness.
- Prepare à la carte orders as needed, with training and briefings provided by the Head Chef.
- Complete preparations for the next day’s service to a high standard.
- Label food items correctly, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with kitchen pot wash duties when required (location specific).
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, ensuring the highest hygiene and safety standards are always met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role, preferably in a hotel or high-end dining.
- Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health/safety compliance.
Food Safety Level 2 certification preferred.
